Calculator information
Measurements, depths, material selections, prices, and other values entered into a GravelCalc calculator are processed in your browser to produce the displayed estimate. GravelCalc does not require an account and does not intentionally transmit or store these calculator inputs on our servers. If you include calculator details in an email to us, the information becomes part of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and security logs. This information may be used for reliability, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and security.
Google Analytics
With your consent, GravelCalc uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as pages viewed, general device and browser characteristics, referral source, and interaction timing. Google Analytics may use cookies, IP addresses, web beacons, or similar identifiers. Optional Analytics is not loaded when you reject optional cookies. Hosting and analytics providers maintain information according to their own retention settings and policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children's privacy
GravelCalc is a general project-planning website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request review and deletion.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about personal data processing. Contact us with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need enough information to verify and respond to the request.
